These are the ingredients that we are using for our stir fry. Back row left, pulled pork, hamburger, taco shells, cheese, red onion, yellow squash, mushrooms, green pepper, red pepper, diced tomatoes, horse radish, lemon pepper, Blue Hogs rub, cilentro, minced garlic, can corn, beer.
After the Discada is nice and hot, I start with the hamburger.
Then I add the pulled pork.
Next comes the red onions
Then the red and green peppers.
The color is really coming out now and we add the mushrooms and yellow squash.
The corn and diced tomatoes are added and stirred in and the cheese is added last.
It was very well balanced and the smoked pulled pork was most flavorful in this mix.
Did you make your pan...just curious...Boyd had made one from a plow disc..and we used it for stir fry when camping. It was also handy for breakfast skillet recipies
