Pulled Pork using the iQ110 Temperature Controller
The cook took about 10 hours at a temperature that stayed between 245 and 255 degrees. The iQ110 preformed great. I am sure I can now put on a pork butt or brisket at night and let it cook while I get some sleep. I injected the pork butts with a mixture of peach juice, sugar, hot sauce, and salt to give them more flavor and moisture
