Pulled Pork Egg Rolls

Decided to use of the pulled pork I had in the fridge so I made some egg rolls. They are easy and you can make several and freeze some for later quick snacks.
 Started with as egg rollwrap

 Put on Blues Hog sauce

 Added the pulled pork

 Then came the coleslaw

 Finally added the cheese

 Wrapped it up and its ready for the skillet

 I then wanted a pepper spiced egg roll
 Added the sauce as before

 Put on the pork, coleslaw, and cheese as before


Onto the skillet and it won't be long now
  



You can see the differences between the pepper and non pepper egg rolls. The pepper egg rolls are a little darker and I think I liked them the best although the egg rolls without the pepper were also good. Thanks for looking.
