Rotisserie Pork Butt

I thought I would try smoking a pork butt in a little different way, so I got out my rotisserie ring for the drum smoker and used it that this time.

I started with a bone-in pork butt
I cut out the bone and sliced the butt down the middle but not all the way through
Added some rub to the inside
Then tied it up with some butcher string
I put it on the smoker and brushed on some olive oil and then added more rub to the outside
After one hour it started to glaze
After two hours it was pass the stall
After three hours it was ready to take off the smoker foil and rest
This is the picture I got when I started pulling the butt apart
Thanks for looking
