Wanted a smoked pizza for lunch and ended up smoking two of them. One of the pizza's had hamburger, sausage, green pepper, red onion, mushrooms, and cheese.
Here it is ready for drum
In the drum on the pizza stone I just got. It is from a counter top dealer that cuts out sinks in granite. This stone is about two inches thick.
After the first pizza was done I put the second on in the drum.
Here is a look at the first pizza
Sliced it and the bottom was crunchy so it was done
As you can see there was plenty of hamburger and sausage
Here is the second pizza. It was mostly cheese. I put cheese on the bottom layer on top of the sauce, then the green pepper, red onion, and mushrooms. Then I added another layer of cheese.
I think the cheese pizza was a hit. These were smoked at 300 - 325 degrees for about an hour. Thanks for looking.
