This is just an easy week night hamburger dinner
Started with four hamburger patties that were spiced with Worcestershire
sauce, salt and pepper.
Some sliced mushrooms and red onions and four slices of Colby
Swiss Cheese.
Put some butter and olive oil in a CI skillet and sautéed the
mushrooms and onions.
Added some simply marvelous pecan spice to jump up the
flavor.
Then the hamburgers were put on the grill
Added the cheese
Putting it all together. I actually put the buns on the
grill to get a little toasting but it doesn’t show up very well.
