FATTIE AND BISCUITS
Start with some Jimmy Dean sausage, Texas style biscuits, lean bacon and your spices.
Make a weave with the bacon
Roll the sausage up in the bacon weave
Put them on your smoker. Iam using a UDS (Ugly Drum Smoker) that I made from a 55 gallon steel drum.
After the sausage is on the smoker for a while, prepare the biscuits.
Add the biscuits to the smoker about 30 minutes before the fatties are done.
Everything lookin good so far.
Fatties are done and resting.
Plated and ready to eat.
