BACON WRAPPED VIDALIA ONION RINGS WITH PINEAPPLE AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE
I saw a video of an appetizer that I wanted to try now that the Shriner's Vidalia onion have arrived here in Kansas. It was pretty simple and straight forward to make these and the taste was unbelievable. Grilled a couple of hamburgers to go with the bacon wrapped onion rings and it was great summer meal.
I sliced the mozzarella cheese sticks in half to make it easier to form them inside the onion rings.
